Terms of Service

The short version: post real clips on your own accounts, keep them up until the campaign ends, disclose that they're paid, and you'll be paid for real views at the published rate. Brands fund campaigns and get real reach in return, without guaranteed numbers. The full terms are below.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Adwing("Adwing", "we", "us") runs adwing.io, Adwing Clipping, the Adwing Clipping Discord server and its bot, and related services (together, the "Services"). These terms are an agreement between you and Adwing.

By creating an account, signing in with Discord or Google, joining a campaign, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you can bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to join campaigns or receive payouts.
  • One person, one account. Duplicate, shared or borrowed accounts may be closed and their earnings forfeited.
  • Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you think it's been compromised.
  • You can't use the Services if you're barred from receiving payments under U.S. sanctions or other applicable law, or if we've previously removed you.

3. Clipping campaigns: how they work

Brands, artists and creators ("Clients") fund campaigns. Clippers make short-form clips from the Client's content, post them on their own social accounts, and submit the links. Approved clips earn the campaign's published rate for their views.

  • Each campaign's brief is part of these terms. It sets the platforms, dates, rate, any per-clip cap, minimum payout and content requirements. Clips that don't meet the brief aren't paid.
  • Earnings = views ÷ 1,000 × the campaign rate, subject to any per-clip cap and minimums in the brief, rounded down to the cent.
  • Views are measured by Adwing using public platform data. Counts are checked regularly during the campaign and lock 3 days after it ends. Our measured count is the one used for payment, even if a platform later shows a different number.
  • Review. Clips may be reviewed by staff before or after earning. We may approve, hold or reject a clip and will tell you why.
  • Budgets run out.A campaign closes when its end date passes or its budget is used up, whichever comes first. Views earned after that aren't paid.
  • Changes to a live campaign.Rates, per-clip caps and budgets can go up while a campaign runs. A rate raise applies to all of a campaign's views, including ones already earned. Rates and caps aren't lowered on a live campaign, and a campaign ending early gives at least 48 hours' notice in its Discord channel. New requirements apply to clips submitted after the change.
  • Brand updates. Clients may post updates to a live campaign, such as a new focus or a topic to stop posting about. Updates apply to clips posted after them.
  • Removal requests. A Client may ask for a specific clip to be taken down. Adwing reviews every request. If we approve it, you must delete the clip within 24 hours of being asked. We decide case by case whether you keep what the clip earned up to the request. Clips not removed in time may be rejected and can lead to removal from Adwing.
  • Joining a campaign doesn't guarantee any earnings. We may pause a campaign, or end one immediately to stop fraud, abuse or a legal problem.

4. Clipper rules

Breaking these can lead to rejected clips, withheld earnings, removal and, where we've already paid for fraudulent views, a request to repay.

  • Real views only. No buying, botting, view farms, engagement pods or any other artificial boost. Clips with engagement far below normal may be held for review or not paid.
  • Your own clips on your own accounts.Don't submit another clipper's work or post from accounts you don't control.
  • Keep clips public until the campaign ends. Clips deleted or made private before then earn nothing.
  • Post only after the campaign starts, and only for the platforms the brief allows.
  • Disclose the promotion.Campaign clips are paid content. Follow the FTC's endorsement rules (or your local equivalent) and each platform's branded-content rules — for example by using the platform's paid-partnership label or tags like #ad where required.
  • Don't misrepresent the Client, make claims about them they haven't approved, or post anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
  • Follow the Discord server rules and Discord's own Terms and Community Guidelines.

5. Payouts

  • We pay by PayPal or crypto(stablecoins on the networks listed in your account) to the details you enter and confirm. You enter them twice and confirm them from a link we email you; we only pay to confirmed details. Check them carefully: payments sent to details you confirmed count as paid, and crypto payments can't be reversed.
  • For your security, if you change payout details you'd already confirmed, payments to the new details start 48 hours after the change, and we email you about it.
  • You're paid once your approved earnings reach the campaign's minimum payout. We aim to pay promptly after views lock, but timing isn't guaranteed.
  • Fees charged by PayPal, exchanges or blockchain networks, and currency conversion, may reduce what you receive. For crypto, the U.S. dollar amount owed is converted at the time of payment.
  • We may hold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud or a rules breach, or if we need identity or tax information from you. Earnings tied to fraud or a serious rules breach are forfeited.
  • You're an independent contractor, not an Adwing employee. You're responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for tax forms (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying and report payments where the law requires.
  • We don't announce your payments publicly. You're welcome to share your own in the Discord's #payouts channel.

6. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the clips you make, but you must have the right to everything in them that isn't the Client's supplied content.
  • Clients grant you a limited right to use their supplied content only to make and post clips for their campaign, for as long as the campaign runs and your clips stay up.
  • You grant Adwing and the campaign's Client a worldwide, royalty-free license to view, measure, link to, display and share your submitted clips (including their thumbnails and stats) to run, report on and promote the campaign and Adwing — for example in campaign reports or a showcase on our site.
  • Clients and Adwing won't re-upload your clip as their own paid ad without your permission. If a Client wants that, we'll ask you first.

7. Brands, Clients and agencies

  • Agreeing to a campaign. When you submit a campaign you agree to these terms and to pay clippers the published rate for approved views, up to your budget. Clippers rely on those terms, so they're protected while the campaign is live (see below).
  • Changing a live campaign. You can raise the rate, raise or remove the per-clip cap, lower the minimum payout, extend the end date, add platforms and update the brief at any time. A rate raise applies to all of the campaign's views, including ones already earned. You can't lower the rate or the per-clip cap, add a cap or raise the minimum payout while the campaign is live; end it and start a new one instead.
  • Adding budget.Request it from the campaign page. It's added once we receive the payment. A budget can't be reduced below what clippers have already earned.
  • Ending early. You can end a live campaign at any time with at least 48 hours' notice to clippers: its last day moves to the earliest date that allows it, and approved clips posted until then are paid. Before launch, you can change or cancel anything.
  • Updates and removal requests. You can post updates to clippers on a live campaign; they apply to clips posted afterwards. You can ask for a specific clip to be taken down. Adwing reviews each request, decides whether the clipper keeps what they'd earned up to then (that amount still counts against your budget), and asks the clipper to delete approved clips within 24 hours. We can't guarantee a clipper complies, but clips that aren't removed may be rejected.
  • Pricing.Campaigns launch once funded. Your clipper budget goes entirely to clippers; Adwing's fee (set per campaign by its clipper budget: 30% under $10,000, 27% from $10,000, 25% from $15,000 and 23% from $30,000, or your agency's rate if lower) is charged on top and shown, with the total due, before you submit. Budget you add later is charged the same way. (Campaigns created before Oct 19, 2026 include the fee in the budget.) Adwing's fee is earned when the campaign launches.
  • Unused budget.Unless we agree otherwise in writing, clipper budget not earned by clippers when a campaign's views lock (3 days after it ends) is added to your account as credit, shown on your Billing page, for future campaigns. You can ask for credit to be refunded instead, less any payment-processing costs.
  • You must own or have the rights to the content you supply and to let clippers use it as described above, and your campaign must be lawful and accurate. You're responsible for copyright, DMCA and similar claims about content you supplied, and you agree to cover Adwing and clippers for them.
  • We work to deliver real views and remove fraudulent clips, but we don't guarantee any number of views, results, sales or followers.
  • Agencies and managers acting for a client confirm they're authorized to do so. Agency fee arrangements shown in Adwing apply to campaigns launched under that link.
  • Ad-preview tools (Studio, galleries and shared links) are provided as-is for previewing and sharing creatives. Shared gallery links are viewable by anyone who has them.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no hacking, scraping or overloading our systems, no getting around limits or reviews, no harassment, spam or doxxing, no impersonation, and no illegal, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content. Don't share other people's personal information in the Discord or anywhere else on the Services.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services or ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts, clips or Discord access that break these terms or put clippers, Clients or Adwing at risk. If we close your account for reasons other than a rules breach or fraud, we'll pay approved earnings you're owed under these terms.

10. Third-party services

The Services depend on others, including Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, PayPal and blockchain networks. Their terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions — for example, a platform removing your clip.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Adwing isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts we paid you or you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Adwing's reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) from claims arising out of your content, your campaigns, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@adwing.ioand we'll try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Adwing is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give notice on the site or in the Discord before they take effect; continuing to use the Services after that means you accept them. Questions? Email support@adwing.io.
