Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address, name and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive your account ID, username or name, email address and profile picture from them.

Clipper details. Your Discord ID and username, the social handles you clip from, the links you submit, and the campaigns you join.

Clip performance. Public stats for the clips you submit — views, likes, comments, shares, thumbnails and whether the clip is still up — which we check automatically over the campaign.

Payout details and history.Your payout method and address (a PayPal email or paypal.me link, or a crypto wallet address and network), what you've earned and what we've paid you. If tax law requires it, we may also collect tax forms.

Brand and campaign details. For businesses and agencies: organization details, campaign briefs and budgets, uploaded images, creatives and ad tags, and galleries.

Messages. What you send us by email or in Discord tickets, and actions you take with the Adwing bot (joining campaigns, submitting clips, saving payout details).

Technical data.A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To run your account, campaigns and the Discord server.
• To measure clip views, calculate earnings and pay you.
• To detect and prevent fraud such as fake views, duplicate accounts or rule breaking, and to keep the community safe.
• To send account and campaign emails (welcome, password reset, campaign updates, payment notices). We don't send marketing email without asking.
• To give Clients reports on their campaigns, and to improve the Services.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms.

• Clients(the brand, artist or creator running a campaign, and their agency if they have one) see the clips submitted to their campaign: links, the posting handle and the stats. They don't see your payout details or email.
• Other members of the Discordsee what Discord shows anyone: your Discord name and messages. We don't announce your payments; anything you post in #payouts yourself is visible to members.
• Adwing staff see what they need to review clips, handle support and send payouts, including payout details.
• The publiccan see campaign pages on adwing.io, and clips we feature in our showcase (only with the clipper's or Client's permission). Your clips themselves are public on the platforms where you post them.

We use trusted providers to run Adwing. They process data for us under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Railway (hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
• Resend (sending our emails).
• ScrapeCreators and HikerAPI (looking up public stats for submitted clip links).
• Discord (the server and bot) and Google (if you sign in with it).
• PayPal and blockchain networks (sending payouts). Crypto transactions are recorded publicly on the blockchain.
• Google Workspace / Gmail (our support inbox).

We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).

We keep account and campaign data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except payout and payment records, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically up to 7 years), and anything we need to keep to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

You can update your profile and payout details in your account. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@adwing.io. We'll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm it's you first.

Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for using them.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access limited to staff who need it, and masked payout details in logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you notice anything suspicious.

Adwing isn't for anyone under 13, and you must be 18 or older to join campaigns or receive payouts. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 13, we'll delete it.

Adwing is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
